Shipping policy

This policy applies to Vonota orders delivered within the United States.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all orders within the United States. There are no shipping costs at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days, the time we need to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier.
  • Transit time after dispatch: 7–15 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 8–18 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

How we ship

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner. Carrier: tracked international shipping (carrier shown in your tracking email). Delivery takes longer than from a US-based warehouse.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you before that time with the reason and a new expected ship date. You can then choose to agree to the new date or cancel for a full, prompt refund to your original payment method. If the delay is longer, or we can't give a new date, we'll keep your order only with your consent; otherwise we cancel and refund you in full.

Taxes and charges

Prices shown at checkout are the final price you pay; we do not expect any extra charges on delivery.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number or link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first update. You can also use our Track your order page.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the total estimated delivery time, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully, including ZIP code and apartment number. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
